Three tips for what you can do to improve your personal well being!
1.) Checkup and in. Taking preventive measures like going to the doctor regularly is a good way to stay healthy. Also, being mindful of your body’s needs, like hydration and adequate rest, by checking in with yourself will keep you physically and mentally sharp.
2.) Breath.Take a deep breath and unplug from technology for a little bit. For a more guided approach, consider the 5-3-1 practice: meditate 5 minutes, write down 3 good things that have happened to you today, and do 1 act of kindness. source: (Source: Center for Healthy Minds)
